We have an incredible opportunity for a skilled Technician or Technologist to join this busy, well established and respected practice on the beautiful Isle of Wight. Offering an enviable work life balance, this role will allow the successful applicant to work across local and national projects with a focus on bespoke, private residential developments. Having experienced a period of sustained growth, it is time for someone new to join the team and ‘hit the ground running’ with construction drawings, design and detailing for a wide range of exciting new developments.
The practice portfolio ranges from master planning, new builds and extensions to refurbishments of existing high-end properties, as well as commercial and public buildings.
The team would be happy to consider both Technologists and Technicians for the role, focusing more on the individual fit for the team than the title, however applicants will need to demonstrate experience of project completion to be considered for the post.
We are looking for applicants with the following skill set:
Due to the rural location of the offices, and to enable working efficiently on mainland visits, applicants must have a full driving license and own vehicle.

- Circa 5 years practical experience in a professional practice
- Fluent with AutoCAD and / or Revit
- Technically competent with detailing work and construction drawings
- Sound understanding of UK Building Regulations
