BAR MANAGER / MIXOLOGIST

We are seeking a talented Bar Supervisor / Manager with mixology skills to join a brand new team on the Isle of Wight coastline as they launch a number of new venues. This role is brand new to the Island and the successful applicant will have the opportunity to tailor make this position to suit their skills!
With a track record of working in the food and drinks industry, you will have a sound understanding of existing beverage brands and a keen interest in new products coming to market . We are looking for someone who can recognise and incorporate new drink trends as they happen, catering to a discerning, luxury dining customer base. A keen interest in wine would also be a valuable skill, along with experience as a sommelier.
Applicants should be experienced bar staff , ideally with supervisory or bar management experience. Experience within luxury venues of 2 AA rosette status or above will be highly desirable, as will backgrounds within corporate hospitality.
The Bar Manager / Mixologist will be expected to create contemporary drinks / cocktail menus reflecting the luxury environment of the venue. This is a year round position, with shifts covering evenings and weekends.
