Sunshine Recruitment Solutions is currently working with a well-established and very well-respected law firm to secure a talented and ethically driven Family Lawyer on a permanent, full time basis. These offices are located on the beautiful Isle of Wight with close connections to the mainland (only 2 hrs from London). This team is dedicated to supporting our local community, providing affordable and accessible legal services to individuals facing a wide and diverse range of issues. The successful applicant will be required to manage their own caseload.
At this time, we are specifically looking for lawyer to join the family law team, able to offer sound advice, representation and support in all areas of family law including pre-nuptial agreements, divorce / separation proceedings and child protection issues. Our client is proud to employ exceptional ‘specialist children solicitors’ and this team is dedicated to ensuring each child’s well being as the highest priority.
In family law communication is key, our client’s lawyers work with a large cross section of people couples, parents, guardians, grandparents and children so we seeking a skilled professional, adept at connecting and engaging with everyone in the process.
We would like to secure a Family Lawyer to support our clients in their key focus on court as a last resort for family law. This employer offers specialist guidance in collaboration and mediation to identify alternative choices before court is established as a necessary option. When it comes to representing in court, the successful applicant will however need to be able demonstrate a successful history in that arena.
It would be ideal if applicants were members of Resolution and / or members of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel and / or the Law Society’s Children Law Panel. Mediation specialists will also have a distinct advantage.
On offer is a highly competitive remuneration package, including strong salary in line with experience, contributory pension, generous holiday allowance, staff events and more bonuses and benefits to boot.
