LAMINATORS REQUIRED (Marine)

We are working alongside one of the Islands flagship brands in the marine sector. This boat-building firm sells vessels all around the globe, leading the way with their durability, reliability and exceptional service. With new instructions rolling in, the company is expanding and seeks to hire new, full-time, permanent members of staff to complement this close knit team of marine professionals.
As part of their ongoing workload our client is keen to secure talented Laminators, preferably with experience working on yachts and smaller commercial vessels around the 40 ft range.
Applicants will need to demonstrate experience in all aspects of hand laminating GRP with polyester resin to include:-

- Mixing and hand application of gelcoats.
- Gelcoat repairs and finishing.
- Mould preparation and application of release agents.
- Hand lamination.
- Fitting of Balsa and PVC foam cores.
- Vacuum bagging techniques.
- Resin infusion.
