Focused on the property sector, this well respected local team is committed to delivering high end, tailor made, bespoke designs for a wide variety of commercial and private customers. With their extensive range of innovative products, this sales team are experts at ensuring customer satisfaction, from the initial enquiry through to the design, manufacture and installation of each project.
This is a professional sales role dealing only with pre-qualified and engaged customers who already have a genuine interest in the product range. This means NO COLD CALLING and NO FIELD SALES! The Sales Consultant will be focused on engaging with the customer base, offering consultative advice and guidance, demonstrating the product range and putting together quotations.
The position will not suit an 'old school' sales approach, no elevator pitches and no pushy promos are required, this team is all about carefully listening to the needs of each customer to ensure the right sale is achieved. This business relies heavily on reputation and positive word of mouth, with clients who come back time and again due to the exceptional service levels, this is in part due to the care taken with each new customer by the sales team.
The success of this sales division is dependent on strong teamwork. The team works together closely to support one another in the achievement of targets and goals so we are looking to secure a consultant with a view of the 'bigger picture' and not just personal goals, it will be essential that a team ethic is demonstrated throughout the recruitment process.

- Target driven, self motivated and ambitious
- Strong numeracy and literacy ability
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Ability to learn a product range and communicate the benefits to customers
- Confident sales approach with effective 'closing' skills
- Proficient with general office IT and able to maintain and update CRM databases
- Demonstrates an ethical approach to sales focused on the needs of the customer
- Full, clean driving license is essential (vehicle can be provided)
