We are now looking for a confident team of passionate and ambitious Chefs, from Commis Chef and Chef De Partie (CDP) through to Sous Chef. All applicants will need to be able to demonstrate the basic skills required for their kitchen level, and it is key that applicants are keen to learn new skills and undergo professional development. Private luxury dining and function experience would be an advantage but not essential.
