Wyatt and Jack is an Island based company focused on the creation of high quality sustainable bags and accessories made from up-cycled beach deckchair canvas, retired bouncy castle vinyl PVC and broken inflatables. Established in 2010 this brand has been moving from strength to strength, and with the introduction of their hugely successful 'Inflatable Amnesty' they have achieved international acclaim, not only for their innovative approach to reducing waste, but also due to their appealing design aesthetics. Due to demand the team is now expanding and they are taking on a n Executive Assistant to help keep operations running smoothly across the company.
The team at Wyatt and Jack are currently working flat out to complete orders, collect materials, run a retail outlet, meet with stockists, handle customer queries, promote the brand and start new initiatives all whilst creating their own distinct fashion brand. With interesting projects on the horizon and international demand growing for the up-cycling of inflatables, the administration of the business has become increasingly demanding, that is why they are now ready to hire a part-time Executive Assistant to support day to day operations and ensure that no inflatable gets left to landfill!
We are looking for an individual with a diverse skill set, with strong written and verbal communication skills and relevant office administration experience. Duties will include;
In return for your strong organisational skills and positive attitude, the Wyatt & Jack team will be offering a competitive hourly rate, with a guaranteed 16 hrs per week initially, with the potential for more over time. The core hours are likely to be between 10 am and 2 pm, however this is open for discussion as the team are keen to create flexible hours that will create a strong work life balance for employees.
