Working with the most beautiful produce, this venue is known for creating a relaxed, welcoming dining experience and attracts customers from all budgets, from the regular brunch brigade to high end corporate dining events. This team is very talented, especially when ensuring all dishes are consistent from the first plating up to the last, but they have no room for a large ego, this team is all about working together and taking pride in the food they create collectively.
There is also a solid management team in place, ensuring all elements front and back of house are running smoothly so the successful Sous Chef will be encouraged to focus on great food, team leadership and maintaining exceptionally high standards.
As a bonus, this venue can promise NO SPLIT SHIFTS! offering a selection of doubles or single shifts to suit family and home life commitments.
