WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
This is an entry level position so we are keen to consider individuals from all backgrounds, from those starting out in their career to those looking to retrain in a rewarding new profession. First and foremost, we are looking for an individual with a great attitude and a strong work ethic. This is a busy business, and the days can start early or finish late dependant on the needs of the customer. We are looking for someone who cares about delivering exceptional standards of customer care, and who will gain real job satisfaction from providing a public service as vital as Pest Control to a wide range of Island homes and businesses. The successful applicant will need to be prepared to train to the highest standards, working towards nationally recognised qualifications in Pest Management.

WHAT IS ON OFFER?
This company offers a great remuneration package, with competitive salary, healthcare and generous benefits that can be discussed on application. A uniform will also be provided. You will be encouraged to progress and develop your career and be given access to relevant industry training. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm and once training has been completed you may be required to be on call (during daytime hours) one in every three weekends.

- Willingness to undertake and commit to long term professional training
- The role will often require working at height and in confined spaces, such as lofts / attics so applicants must possess a good level of physical fitness
- Applicants will need to be presentable, polite and professional in order to represent the Hillbans brand.
- A full clean UK driving licence is highly desirable although not essential for this position
- Applicants will need to pass an enhanced DBS check due to working with a wide range of customers
