At Sunshine Recruitment we are delighted to be launching a campaign to find target driven, pro-active sales specialists to join a high profile business with offices located on the stunning Isle of Wight coastline.
This is NOT a cold calling, hard sales team, we are specifically looking for customer centric, consultative sales where the customer is the priority at all times. As a Sales Consultant in this team you will be focused on handling genuinely engaged 'warm leads' leading to sales of high ticket products.
This role requires enthusiasm and commitment to a career in sales and will offer full training and development where required on the product and the company approach.
The majority of sales will be generated by remote contact through email and via phone, so strong communication (both written and verbal) skills will be an essential requirement. We will also be looking for a track record of hitting / exceeding targets and working as part of a team.
Confident administrative skills enabling use of spreadsheets, database systems, diary planning for appointments and travel will be essential.
