We are working with a local Isle of Wight business to find a skilled Sales Consultant for this expanding sales team. This fast paced, highly rewarding position will place you in the very heart of the Isle of Wight community, working with local businesses and national brands with B2B sales activity.
The role requires a contemporary and holistic approach to sales from telephone based activity and 'cold-calling' to attending face to face client meetings and networking. We are looking for an outstanding communicator, with a strong work ethic, someone who is keen to grow and develop in the long term with a company experiencing a period of sustained growth.
The successful Sales Consultant will be tasked with developing new business leads, maintaining a portfolio of existing customers and promoting the brand through effective social media strategies and networking events. This role will allow the successful applicant to build valuable marketing experience working on campaigns across digital and print media to ensure continued market growth.
This is a permanent position with a basic salary of £15,000 to enable the successful applicant to build sales activity with confidence, minimum OTE is currently predicted at circa £23k for year one in post, but with uncapped commission and an existing team already achieving over target, the chance to earn well above that figure is very realistic.
